Build a toned tush in this class that is dedicated to your Royal Rump! Get a total body workout in our Chicago Boot Camp inspired class: Glute Camp. Through small, focused movements, we can help you tighten muscles that you didn’t even know you used, or that you even had. You’ll learn to bring everything inward, and upward for a sleek, firm look, giving your backside a boost. This class will use a full-body warm up, and firm up, consisting of: lunges, pliés, relevés, air-squats, active leg extensions, bridges, knee pulses, step-ups, crunches, push-ups, kick-backs, burpees, planks, and more. This class is more commonly known as boot camp.
