Fempress Fit has Aerial Hammocks Classes in Chicago to help you tone your body all while hanging in a hammock! The hammock acts like a swing, or soft trapeze, supporting the hips for forward bends, back bends, and more.This 60-minute class is designed to teach you how to balance, use your core and arm muscles, while staying close to the ground. This beginner class introduces new clients to aerial exercises on hammocks. The class emphasizes basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle action, so that the body can learn how to balance on aerial hammocks with ease.
Your privacy and comfort are key in this class. We ask that you cheer for, and support your studio sisters in all of our classes.
This class has limited availability as there is no sharing of hammocks, and space is limited. Classes are limited to 3-5 students per private class, and one person per hammock. Wear comfortable clothing, sleeves and leggings.
