In our Pole Dance Beyond Basics class, we will teach you to express your sexy side featuring dance moves on, and around, the pole. Ideal for students with pole dance experience, our Beyond Basics Series focuses on refining your movements and fluidity. Curriculum includes slow, sensual movements, a variety of crawls, pole slides, fan kicks, heel clacks, shoulder rolls, transitions, exotic body language, and moves on the floor, pole, and wall. This class will leave you feeling Fempowered in a stimulating, safe, comfortable environment.
Please wear shorts, or pants that roll up so that the back of your knees can be exposed. Knee pads and leg warmers are also accessories you should consider bringing.
Intro to Pole Dance with Tricks is a prerequisite to this class.
