Pole Tricks Level 2

Already a revolving diva? Fempress Fit offers intermediate pole classes in Chicago.

Pole Tricks Level 2 begins to piece together the techniques covered in the beginner classes. This class reviews intermediate holds, spins, climbs, shoulder rolls, shoulder stands and handstands, leg holds, and beginner inversions. We then will begin working on mounts and dismounts from inversions, along with advanced climbs.

We start with a series of conditioning exercises, move into our pole trick work, and finish with a group dance or series of cool down techniques, and dynamic stretches. This is an ideal class to focus on expanding technique and seamless transitions from the floor onto the pole through inversions, spins, and multiple climbing techniques.

Please wear shorts, or pants that roll up so that the back of your knees can be exposed. You will need kneepads, and/or legwarmers for this class. Shoes are encouraged. They must be professional exotic stilettos with 6” heels or higher.

Intro to Pole Tricks and Pole Tricks Level 1 is a prerequisite to this class.
