  • Our studio is a movement sanctuary designed for exploration through pole dance, aerial, and fitness and

    mindfulness practices geared towards women. We teach women to reconnect with their sensual, erotic

    bodies via intelligently designed movement that is tailored to female physiology.

    We host a variety of classes that emphasize the necessity of sisterhood and fun. We firmly believe that

    enjoying your workout and having your sisters in fitness working with you is the key to a healthy mind

    and body. We use movement to connect in a feminine, fit, fun, feisty way with the Empress inside all of

    us.

    We offer fun and exhilarating classes, private classes, specialty workshops, parties, open house

    performances, and more.

  • Purpose of Role

    We are seeking a compassionate and energetic woman who is extremely reliable, an outstanding communicator and is passionate about making a difference in others’ lives. In this role, you will join our member experience team to support our studio reception area, facilitate seamless classroom turnover, process merchandise and membership sales with enthusiasm and manage student inquiries. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by working closely with and reporting to the Studio Manager.

    In this role you will:

    ● Be the first point of contact to greet and check-in our members and guests upon their entry into our space.

    ● Support our instructor team with classroom turnover and any virtual technology needs that may arise,

    freeing them to do what they do best - empower our members and guests!

    ● Contribute to the studio’s vitality through facilitating merchandise sales and actively selling new packages to grow our client base.

    ● Monitor studio open access.

    ● Be passionate about exceptional customer service, always willing to go the extra mile to make every member and guest’s experience at our studio absolutely unforgettable.

    ● Show a sense of pride in keeping the studio tidy, organized and infused with little luxuries such as

    aromatherapy, lovely music and welcoming ambient lighting for our members, guests and team.

    ● Be willing to learn and maintain an intimate knowledge of the various technologies we use to provide seamless customer service, including, our website, Spotify, MindBody software, Google Drive, our official Fempress Fit App

    ● Attend periodic team meetings, retreats and trainings to develop your skills and further your bond with our close-knit team.

    ● Nurture the studio’s social media accounts to further bond our community together and grow our following.

    ● Assist with private party and event setup, cleanup and facilitation so that we exceed our party host’s expectations.

    ● A drive to meet and exceed expectations and goals. Ideally, you have a propensity for sales. Prior experience is extremely appreciated, but not required as we will train the right person. Our two greatest measures of success are class pack sales and customer retention. You understand that a beautiful customer experience through preserving and cherishing the relationships we have with our customers is a top priority.

    ● Technical Know-How. You feel confident in your technical skills when using organizational communication tools such as, MindBody, Google Drive, and our branded app. We are always looking at improving how we use these platforms and to find options which may work better for us.

    ● Social media aptitude (Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter). You are well-versed in these platforms and have a willingness to genuinely engage with our customer base.

    As a small business, It’s all hands on deck at all times. We are a very close-knit team who works hard, but we have a lot of fun along the way. We are seeking someone to join our Fempress Concierge Team who is as enthusiastic and passionate as we are!

    The Essentials

    ● Current driver’s license and access to a car

    ● Appropriate documentation to work in the United States

    ● Personality made for selling and connecting with others

    ● Willingness to learn and take direction

    ● Strong customer service and sales skills

    ● Able to adapt quickly and solve problems confidently

    ● Willing to work varying hours including nights and weekends

    Start Date: ASAP

    ● Job Type: We have 2-3 part-time positions available for this role.

    Hours: You will be joining a Fempress Fit Concierge team. Each team member will work approximately 10-25 hours per week; Fempress Fit concierge coverage is needed between the following days/times:

    ○ Weekdays: 5:30pm-10:30pm

    ○ Saturday’s periodically for party coverage ( 11am-10pm )

    ○ Sundays: 11:00am -3:00pm

    Compensation: Base pay of $14-$16 per hour, commensurate with experience.

    Additional Perks: You will receive the option for a discounted classes in addition to hourly compensation.
